You are solely responsible for the content you create within the app. Because Memo Notepad stores data locally in your browser:

• You are responsible for backing up your data using the "Export" features.
• We are not liable for data loss caused by browser crashes, cleared caches, device failure, or accidental deletion.
• You agree not to use the tool for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You agree not to attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the service.

4. Intellectual Property

The code, design, branding, logo, and original content of Memo Notepad are the property of MemoNotepad / its creators. You may freely use the tools for personal or professional purposes. You may not duplicate, copy, redistribute, sell, or reuse any portion of the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or branding without express written permission.

Any content you create with the tools (memos, diary entries, etc.) remains yours. Because that content stays on your device, we claim no rights over it.
